Yes, I agree that it took courage to look within and stop fooling or blaming myself for past self-imposed imperfections. I heard someone once say that ‘fear can be overcome easier with love’ rather than courage. Since I tend to blame myself first (instead of blaming others), breathing and radiating love inside and out seems to work better for me. Perhaps that is why I am so drawn to our Sunday Zooms - to get a global hit of love that helps me re’member’ and, like a bite of a juicy Bing cherry, love lingers on my taste buds. K💓

Thanks so much Kay! Sounds sweet.. For most, it also takes 'courage' to let 'love' in. 🙂

“When I no longer felt bound to the past, life became increasingly effortless.”

- Dirk Terpstra

Wonderful quote. I don't look back because I am not going that way. -idk where this quote came from. When I verbally rehash any negative experience from my past, it has a detrimental effect in my body. I take the learnings and move on with a light load so my heart can more easily be open and expansive. btw are the Sunday zoom still taking place ?
