Dirk, you are an excellent interviewer! I was at a Sedona conference when Gregg introduced this new book but I gained so much more depth when reviewing the content through your poignant questions.

The highlights for me were:

1.) growth can come without suffering

2.) when we know who we are, the world becomes less threatening

3.) me to we - what can I offer the world?

4.) when facts are clear, choices become more obvious

5.) all organs can be rejuvenated … I think I’ll live until 144 years old. I like that #❣️🤗💃🏼

Huge thanks for this interview. I stumbled across this podcast after I read today’s article -also a wonderful reminder of the importance of the human connection, touch and community. 🥰

I will listen again this podcast with Gregg Braden, 2nd time. My heart based loving vibration hit the ceiling and activated such curiosity. So much information and Mr. Braden explained everything very understandable, ( I made lots of notes). Many thanks Dirk for holding the space and great interview questions. 🙏🏻

So glad that you were able to spend time with Gregg and share your conversation. I have studied and learned much from him over the past 40 years. He is certainly 1 of my "many Masters"...... listening now.....
